You go onto a board for example: Critique Board--pick either Light Critique or Heavy Critique. In the right hand side of screen you will see a button that says NEW THREAD click on it. Now, you will come to a screen where you can type or paste your poem and put a subject. You have to use the copy and paste from the Edit toolbar or ctrl c and ctrl v.
Then hit post.
